Does your child need a little bit of zen in their life this summer? The Yoga With Littles Camp provides a small group size with lots of individualized attention and connection as we learn and practice the many gifts of yoga. Children will make new friends while learning various methods of meditation, movement, and mindfulness to assist with emotional regulation, processing feelings, and impulse control. Physically, we will work on building strength, balance, and focus to help children develop self awareness and confidence. We are so excited to provide a unique and fun camp experience for your child!
