Prenatal Yoga Tuesday Evenings

​

The goal of Amanda’s prenatal classes is to offer a safe space for mom to go inward, tune in to her mind/body, and connect deeply with baby. This class is for pregnant moms no matter what stage in pregnancy you’re currently in. In class, you can expect to meditate and practice gentle movement. She encourages her students to find alignment within and to listen to their bodiesthroughout her entire class.

About The Teacher 

​

Amanda is a Full Spectrum Doula (birth, postpartum, and childbirth education) as well as a Yin and Prenatal Yoga teacher. Amanda received her 200HRyoga certification with a focus on prenatal at Tula Yoga in 2019. She’s also Yin Yoga and Reiki Level One certified since March of 2022. She supports women during their birthing journeys, postpartum, and through infant care in her doula work and offers gentle prenatal classes for mamas. She holds prenatal yoga close to her heart as she understands the importance of getting comfortable with the discomfort in relation to birth and how a prenatal yoga class can help prepare not only your body but your mind for the hard work of labor. She holds alone time for postpartum mothers as deeply important and something the world needs grasp as crucial for postpartum recovery. Amanda is there to hold space, support her students, and ensure class will leave her students feeling safe and relaxed. Amanda’s heart is full when the worlds of doula and yoga come together in her practice.
