The Well is a place to gather, to learn, to share and to grow in community.

We offer a multitude of parent education courses, mommy and me classes, creative workshops, and wellness events. We aim to support and resource families through a plethora of educators, local practitioners and birth workers, facilitators, and groups whose mission is similar to ours: to resource and support families.

Our intention is to create a space for you to enjoy with the whole family. Creating a strong foundation of community begins with connection. We can't wait to meet you.

@_healingwithjenna and I have been experimenting in hosting these beautiful EFT tapping and sound bath classes for mom and babies this month and it turns out that the babies love the bowls as much as we do! We had so much fun and fulfillment that we’re giving it a more permanent spot on the calendar in the new year. ✨

Today we spent a little time on live with our friend @kelliemendesrd who will be hosting a special class on Fridays this month: Postpartum Meal Prep series. 🥘

We chatted a bit about the necessity of quality nutrition during both prenatal and postpartum, connection community and blue zones, how big changes are made in small incremental steps, and the value of gathering around the table.

New Limited Series starting this Friday!

Join Jenna and Jamie for this maternal wellness series that incorporates EFT and Tapping with Sound Healing. We will gather and create the script based off of our check in, followed by a relaxing holographic sound bath with reiki. 👏🏼
